The warranty period depends on the type of product (mobile phones, laptops, monitors, computers and accessories). Our sales team sets the warranty for each product, confirms it with you when your order is confirmed, and writes it on the invoice.<\/p>\n

When can I exchange a product?<\/h2>\n

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or a fault covered by the warranty.<\/li>\n
  • The product comes with all its accessories, original packaging and the invoice.<\/li>\n
  • Our technical team inspects the product to confirm the defect before the exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • If the same product is not available, we offer a replacement with the same or higher specifications, agreed with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Misuse, breakage, or exposure to liquids or impacts.<\/li>\n
