Products and prices
- We take care to keep specifications and images accurate; illustrative images may differ from the actual product.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.
- Products labelled “Demonstration listing” or “Price on request” cannot be bought directly on the website; their price and availability are confirmed by contacting us.
Orders
- An order is confirmed after the store reviews it and contacts you when needed.
- The store may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, informing you and refunding any amount paid.

We offer exchanges only, within each product's warranty period, under the exchange policy and Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
